Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"We were a group of three and had a delicious paella and sangria — both were absolutely amazing! The staff was very friendly, and the location is perfect. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back."
"After a day in Cala Mondrago, we made a last minute reservation at Sa Plaça in Santinyi for our family of 14 and they gladly made accommodations! So glad we decided to eat here instead of heading out to Palma coz the outdoor seating was in a quaint square with a very laid back vibe. Our server Justin who also happens to be Filipino and all the other staff were very attentive to our large group. Food, drinks, dessert were all fantastic and reasonably priced. We would definitely return next time we’re in the area again!"
"Tasty lunch with friendly service! In Alcudia old town, all the restaurants are much of a muchness - same tapas, same paella, same few Italian and burger options. It is what it is - tourist hot-spot. With that being said, we had a really lovely lunch and were served by a really super friendly waiter who was great with the children in the group too. He told us they had some specials today, including chicken croquettes which were home made, and he made a point to say the rest on the menu weren't. We also ordered the special of the burrata with prawn salad, and the offer of the half price tapas selection which is kind of like a bento box of tapas for one person. Will Michelin be calling? Nah. Was it tasty and all served as expected? Yep! Not every dining experience has to be some life changing thing, but it was really great food that we enjoyed, and filled us up. The pamboli and padron peppers were especially tasty! We would definitely go back again!"
"If you’re a fan of sangria, this spot is a must-visit! I was served a beautifully crafted glass, overflowing with fresh citrus and fruity goodness. The rich red wine paired perfectly with the vibrant fruit flavors, making every sip feel like a mini-vacation. It’s the perfect balance of sweet and tangy – refreshing and oh-so-satisfying. Trust me, this sangria will elevate your evening. To make things even better, the crepe I had was divine! Light and fluffy, dusted with powdered sugar, and topped with a scoop of strawberry sorbet that melted into pure bliss. Cheers to great drinks , delectable desserts , and a relaxed, charming atmosphere!"
"Busy resturant - the waiters are working hard…we went at Easter & still had a bit of a wait - I’d imagine they’d have more staff in high summer. Prices are reasonable for a busy tourist area. Pizzas were lovely - baked in pizza oven. €12 for plain pizza - 8 slices. €5 for a large beer & €3.50 for soft drinks. (Coca-Cola/Fanta etc) Toilets were clean. See photos."
"Excellent Americano coffee, red hot, decent sized cups, always ask for extra hot water just in case! Nothing wtoo much bother here. We didn't eat so..."
"The restaurant is located right at the center of Alcudia. The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff friendly. However, the value for money is not really worth it. The prices are on the higher side but the quality of the food on the lower side. It was ok but nothing special."
"Food was good with few issues. My moms burger buns was bit burn and wrong but otherwise it was still good. My steak was bit raw but luckily i love a bloody steak. It was meant to be mefium rare but it was more on the raw side. Staff was really friendly."
